5-a-day Winter Smoothie

Super simple smoothie with simple ingredients, which will make you energised and completes your 5-a-day fruit intake in minutes :)


All you need is​

- 2 Bananas

- 5 big chunks of Watermelon

- 1 Orange

- 1 Persimmon

- Handful of Black grapes

- Small piece of Ginger

- Dash of Lemon

Blend them all together for a few minutes and you are done!

Could be a great breakfast smoothie if combined with some oats and you all set to go! This one is loaded with Vit C and Antioxidants much needed during winter. Try and let us know what you think
